Elmnto LLC is a technology services company based in Corona, California. We provide AI-powered lead capture and customer communication tools to local service businesses ("Clients"). When you interact with one of our Client's phone numbers or communication channels, Elmnto processes that interaction on the Client's behalf.

  • Contact Information: Your name, phone number, and email address when you provide them through SMS conversations, voice calls, web forms, or other intake channels.
  • Message Content: The content of text messages (SMS/MMS) you send to or receive from our platform, and transcripts or summaries of voice interactions.
  • Appointment and Service Details: Information you provide about service requests, scheduling preferences, event registrations, and related inquiries.
  • Device and Usage Data: Phone number metadata, message timestamps, and interaction logs necessary to deliver and improve our services.

  • Schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and send service-related notifications on behalf of our Clients.
  • Route your conversation to a human representative when needed.

Text Messaging (SMS/MMS)

When you text a phone number powered by our platform, you may receive automated and AI-assisted responses.

  • Consent: By initiating a text message to one of our Client's numbers, you consent to receive responsive and service-related messages. You will not be added to marketing lists without your explicit opt-in.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your conversation. Service-related messages are sent as needed to fulfill your request.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless you re-initiate contact.
  • Help: Reply HELP to any message for support information.
  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • No Sharing for Marketing: We do not sell, share, or use your phone number or message content for third-party marketing or advertising purposes. Your information is used solely to facilitate the service you requested.

How We Share Information

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With the Business You Contacted: Your inquiry details are shared with the Client whose phone number or service you engaged with, so they can serve you.
  • Service Providers: We use trusted third-party providers to deliver our services, including Twilio (messaging and voice), Anthropic (AI processing), and cloud infrastructure providers. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for service delivery.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain conversation data and contact information for as long as necessary to provide services and fulfill our obligations to our Clients, typically no longer than 24 months after your last interaction. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission, secure cloud infrastructure, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
